BB Row- 135 x 5, 135 x 5, 140 x 5

UP Row- 85 x 8, 85 x 8, 90 x 8

Shoulder Press- 160 x 8, 160 x 8/d

Rear Delt Raise- 30 x 12, 35 x 12, 35 x 10
