Seated press- 85 x 12, 95 x 10, 100 x 8
Side laterals- 30s x 12, 30s x 11, 35s x 10
Front raise- 15s x 12, 15s x 10, 10s x 12 (started doing it against the wall b/c i was leaning a lot)
Tri press (wasnt quite sure what you wanted me to do so i did close grip bench)- 135 x 8, 135 x 7, 135 x 6
Tri ext- 55 x 7, 50 x 12, 50 x 10
