6/16 Back and shoulder

Pull ups- 7, 7, 9, 8

Cable row- 150 x 8, 150 x 8/d

DB Row 55 x 12, 55 x 12

Military press- 95 x 8, 100 x 10, 100 x 8

Side ups - 15s x 12, 15s x 12/d

my weight is ~158 i havent weighed myself first thing in the morning before i eat in a while :/ ill make sure to do that tomorrow, and yes i have been following the meal plan you have sent me thanks
